The experience was overall very good, with some minor annoyances. The room we stayed in was very good, big, clean and with sea view (number 8). The breakfast was ok, without being great, and sometimes the service was not top notch. We say this comparing to the other places we stayed at during the 20 days trip in Mahe, Praslin and La Digue.
advice to management: Give the staff some more training in customer service. Its the small things that matter. The warm welcome, the smile over breakfast, and further, when a customer asks for a replacement soda because the CO2 is gone, just replace it, dont start discussing it. As said, its the small things that make the bigger impression.
During the South East trade winds, I believe Anse Soleil is the best beach on Mahe. We saw eagle rays, turtles and lots of fish right of the beach. The corals though, were very limited.
