“Much better than a Disney hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 days ago NEW

I'm a Disney addict, I've been to disneyland Paris 7 times and this hotel has been the best so far.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff really friendly and polite and the location was perfect. The shopping centre across the road is lovely. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect location for visiting Disneyland with parking onsite and just across the road from a large mall. All staff provided excellent service and the room was large by European standards. Breakfast and WiFi were both good. There is a free bus that takes you to Disneyland with stops right outside the hotel. Takes around 10 minutes to get there.

My family and I went to Disneyland in June 2014. My husband, daughter and I were given a nice, large room facing the street/ "town square". First impression was very good. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly, and spoke excellent English. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland (10 min bus ride) and right next to a huge shopping mall with a PAUL patisserie (tip: great for breakfast). So - we could not have wished for a better location. We got a very good deal via Expedia.

But then it all went downhill. There was a rap concert in the square the first night we were there, and the noise was just terrible. (Not the hotel`s fault, but having a room facing the square with a child who needed her sleep.. well.. not ideal to say the least). The room was incredibly hot and stuffy. We tried to turn the air-condition down, but that only made the fan go faster. It did not get any colder. We contacted the front desk four times on this problem during the four days that we were there (once a day). They did nothing to fix the problem except tell us to turn the thermostat down and wait 10-15 minutes. Not one of them suggested moving us to another room or send for maintenance staff. My sisters stayed in a room at the back of the hotel and were not troubled by the faulty air-con, but friends of ours had the same problem. The noise from the street (even without the rap concert) made it impossible to keep the windows open.

The hotel is clean enough (although the cleaning staff left two wet towels under the duvet in our bed), but is somewhat dated (damaged wood panel on the bath tub, a few black spots in the ceiling of the bathroom). Not a big deal, though.

So - if you do want to stay here: make sure they give you a room facing the backyard.

Really lovely bit of France, Stayed here for 3 nights just for Disneyland. As we didn't want to stay in the park. Took the hotels free shuttle bus on the first day but the RER was so close to the hotel and from the Disney park so we ended up taking that the rest if the days which was really helpful and convenient. Hotel service was good and helpful. And everything we needed was in walking distance. We did want to try authentic French restaurants however but there weren't a wide selection apart from random restaurants that we're more catered for tourists. Would definitely stay here again if I was to go back to Disneyland Paris. Perfect location for it!!

We were quite pleased with this hotel, especially after hearing that most hotel rooms in Paris are very small. I think it was built with 'Americans' in mind, being so close to Disney. It is located in a nice area with local shopping and restaurants right near by. Very comfortable and the staff was very attentive. Our beds were nice and firm! Love it :)

Room Tip: We had people in our group on all floors. Mine was on 1 floor up from the lobby, which made using t...

Elysee Val d'Europe is a good hotel but nothing special.
Next to a shopping mall and has a free bus to take you to the park. But be aware, this is not owned by the hotel. This is a city bus that you can take for free with a paper that the hotel provides you.
The problem is that the las bus to Elysee leaves at 23.30 and the Disney show ends at that time. We had to take a taxi to come back to the hotel.
The room is very good and clean. Breakfast is ok. Staff is below average. Not so helpful and shows that they are working in a park related money machine maker, so, fast dispatch and fast charges is the feeling I had. Next time (if ever) I will think in a Disney owned hotel.

Dear Vacarini,

Thank you for taking the time to post your review following to your stay with us.

We are disappointed that we did not meet your expectations in terms of facilities and services, because this is not representing our commitment to high level of customer care our staff members are striving for every day.

Nevertheless, we are delighted that you liked the accommodation we provided you with.

Please, be informed that the free shuttle bus to Disney is a service exclusively reserved to hotel’s clients and part of our quality commitment. Summer schedule is now on and there are shuttles departing later than 23:30 from the park till the end of the summer season.

Do not hesitate to directly contact us next time you are planning to come to Disney and we will have special attentions to you and your family.

Kind Regards,

Rosianne Kindler

Our family of 5 stayed here for 5 nights in June 2014. We had 2 adjoining rooms and there was plenty of room for all of us. The rooms were clean and quiet. We paid for the breakfast buffet for the entire stay and we were glad we did. Simple but delicious and the parents appreciated the non stop coffee. The free shuttle bus to Disneyland Paris was right in front of the hotel and very simple to use. The metro to get to Paris was right around the corner. It was a long ride for the kids but I was happy we weren't staying in the hustle and bustle of Paris and had our peaceful and quiet place to retreat to. The staff was friendly and helpful. As Paris was our last stop on a 3 week tour of Europe, I really appreciated the confirmation e-mail sent to me a few days before we arrived letting me know they were expecting us and looking forward to our arrival. They sent another after we were back in Canada thanking us for our stay which was also unexpected and appreciated seeing as we stayed in 9 different hotels on this trip and this was the only communication we received after we were checked out and forgotten. Thank you!
