had been here just for a day for the bunjee jumps the resort conducts over the bhote koshi river. one word for the location & the property - fantastic. The route from Kathmandu to the resort is also scenic. the service at the resort is good. food is also nice but suits more to the taste of western culture. had not stayed here but saw some of the rooms which were in the form of tents with luxurious accommodations and were really nice. the resort conducts a number of (read quality) adventure sports. But then so is the price a bit steep which has to be considering the fact that it is completely designed to attract the western tourists and so the cleanliness, service, property, safety for adventure sports etc is up to date. the resort has a office at Thamel, Kathmandu. But one word of advice that if you are booking a day hike with bunjee at this place than better book through an agent in Kathmandu and you could actually end up saving some bucks compared to booking done at the resort office directly.

As we were staying over a public holiday, many of the activities were unavailable for part of our stay, however we really enjoyed the Last Resort and exploring the surrounding area. The journey there is interesting in itself as the road winds through small towns and villages up the river valley towards the border from Kathmandu.

Facilities are very good for this kind of 'safari camp' style accommodation, with neat, comfortable tents and the views from the location are breathtaking, both from the bungee bridge and the nearby village.

The buffet food is very good, and the bar keeps serving until late.

A great adventure - with or without the bungee!

We had been there for Bungee Jumping. We started at 6 a.m from Thamel. It takes 3 hrs to reach. They decide the Bungee groups as per the weight and start around 11 a.m. We reached back Thamel at 8 pm. It was a different experience. I did Canyon swing which has a 7 sec free fall. The walk up the hill after the Bungee is tiring. The staff was friendly and good. Since there are a lot of people to jump one will have wait till 5 pm to leave for Kathmandu. They provide lunch which is good. After the bungee you have nothing to do other than waiting for others to finish. You can relax inside the resort. Take playing cards/ UNO to keep urself busy. Al in All the experience was good.

great staff and location .. and lovely route to the resort from the Kathmandu. first time bungying but felt totally safe ..
the walk back up was quite tiring but was similar to a small trekking adventure so no fuss
need to stay for longer to enjoy all the outdoor activities.
the views from the bridge are breathtaking

The bungy is awesome! Allthough the walk back up is quite long and exhausting. People are friendly and sleeping in the safari tents is amazing. If you take the sauna take some rocks with you though. :)

The only thing I din't like was the wait. It took a few hours to get to the jump after we got the safety briefing.

That aside everything else was well organized. The staff was polite and on the dot about everything. They gave me a safe feeling about the jump it self, tow different people triple checked everything and the last man holding you before the jump as really calm and friendly.
Even the camera man did a good job making you talk so it is more fun later when you watch the video.

Good fun!
We didn't use their transport nor did we stay in the resort.
Jump was awesome! :)

My visit there was organized by my office. I personally enjoyed every moment there. Nice bar, rooms look like camps, peaceful environment with constant sound of river Bhotekoshi. Best part was Bungee jump which was thrilling and is a life time achievement for me.
