The Saratoga sits on a relatively empty road in a beautiful and sparsely populated area and backs right onto the water. We were lucky to turn up on the day of the All Ireland Hurling final so the atmosphere in the pub was magic, lots of Guinness flowing and a smile and a chat from the staff. There is a good range of seasonal food and seafood is at the centre of most of it. As with much of Ireland it's not cheap but it's a marvellous setting for food, drinks and certainly the atmosphere.
