Myself, my husband, our teenage son and our toddler went on this train ride last week. The toddler enjoyed it at first but fell asleep on the way back. Ourselves and our teenager found it a bit boring as there was nothing really interesting to see. We definately found it very expensive for what it was. While you wait for the train to arrive there is a cafe onsite (which is an old train) and they serve beverages and snacks and sell souvenirs. They also have toys and books to occupy the younger children while you wait, this I found great. Overall I wouldn't recommend it.
