“Wonderful Hotel with Great Staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2013

On a recent trip we stayed at this hotel as it was close to Marco Polo Airport and we wanted to get a nights rest before flying out. What we found was a wonderful hotel, one of, if not the nicest rooms we have stayed in without spending more than $500 per night, and a staf tha was outstanding. The owner has a restaurant next door that was great and reasonably priced, while the free breakfast he next morning was one of the best we have ever had. The shuttle to the airport was free and less than a 5 min drive. This was a wonderful way to cap off 18 days of sightseeing.

Room Tip: Not sure that there is a bad room. We were on the first floor (2nd to Americans) and loved our room.

This was my first stay here and it was overall, a pleasant experience. The staff are very helpful and speak good English. The room was immaculately clean, modern and spacious. The climatisation worked well and the room was very good.

The restaurant next door is excellent and serve great food. The hotel runs a courtesy bus to and from the nearby airport. The grounds are well kept and there's a pleasant undercover place to sit and have a glass of wine or two.

My only criticism was that I could hear everything in the room next door. One night, an American couple spent at least 90 minutes discussing what they were going to pack in what suitcase for their flight the next day. The next night a Dutch guy spent 20 minutes on the phone to his wife letting her know he had arrived Ok. Also, my room was above the outdoor seating area and the constant noise of scraping chairs at times on the flag stones wasn't too clever.

However, don't let this put you off staying here. I have stayed in a few Agriturismo hotels in this area and this hotel is one of the better ones, being good value for the money. Highly recommended.

I've stayed at this location twice. I can hear birds chirping and the occasional churchbell, but I cannot hear the airport even though it's minutes away. They pick you up and drop you off at the airport, no charge. The staff was helpful in arranging transportation to the cruise terminal and into Venice. The food was tasty. Overall, peaceful and charming.

This was really only supposed to be a hotel to stay at close to the airport for our final night, but I really wish there had been more time to appreciate the hotel. We took the ACTV bus#5 from Piazzale Roma to the Tessera stop and called the hotel to pick us up which they did with 5-10 minutes. Our room was very big with a nice comfy bed and a patio. I loved the chromotherapy shower (apparently using color to balance energy in a person's body wherever it is lacking). Everyone else went to the hotel's restaurant for dinner, but I was too sick and stayed in the comfy bed. I was told that the food was very good there. In the morning, we were woken up as scheduled and their free shuttle service took us to the airport just a couple minutes away. Before getting into the shuttle, we were treated to lovely views of the snow-covered Dolomites!!

Booked this place as it has a shuttle service to the airport. We stayed here the night before leaving Venice and were sorry we didn't book here to stay longer. The place is about a year and a half old and very well appointed. The bathroom is worth it alone to book here.
Our room was on the ground floor so we could walk out the patio door to the lawn which overlooked an old house Roberto, the owner and his family live, and the restaurant Da Lindo next door. We had the best meal in Italy at this restaurant at a very reasonable price. Roberto grills all the meat and fish on an open wood grill. We were lucky to get there early as there were a dozen people waiting for a table when we left at 8:30 pm. The shuttle would have taken us down the road to a pizza place if we had wanted to eat a little earlier. The road out front is very narrow and dangerous to walk on.
Roberto is the chef at the restaurant, driver of the shuttle and baker of wonderful gluten free and regular cakes and cookies. He is doing all this very efficiently. Breakfast is 10 euros and worth every penny. There is a large assortment of breakfast items and wonderful croissants.
The woman behind the counter even checked our flight for us to make sure nothing had changed.

Loved every minute of our stay here. Very luxurious, rooms were outstanding, food at the restaurant was best I've ever had in Italy. the whole place was stunning, the attention to detail was out of this world and the staff and owners couldn't do enough for us. It is a really special place, so close to Venice but when you're there it feels like you're far from everything. Can't wait to go back!

I made a reservation for this hotel several months ago, and having it be just a stopover for our flight out of venice back home, I didn't put much thought into it. However, I knew something must have made me book this one without too much of my usual research. It must have been the reviews on tripadvisor. I couldn't agree more with all of the glowing reviews. The hotel felt like it was just opened yesterday and we were the first ones to ever stay in our room. Spotless, bright, and it even smelled heavenly. The modern decor was delightful, and it looked liked they spared no expense to provide the best amenities. Beatrice was a sweetheart and patiently guided us over the phone to the hotel when we were lost, and showed great well earned pride in her namesake. The lovely restaurant on the premises was just as excellent. The cook who works the grill there also shuttles guests all around. What was supposed to be just a place to sleep before flying out in the morning turned out to be one of our favorite stops in Italy. A good base from which to visit venice.

Room Tip: If you like a really spotless cool well designed room, stay in anyone here!
