The quality of food received inside Hot Spot is superior to the food received by delivery. I often wonder how it can take 5 minutes to produce a doner kebab in store but a minimum of 45 minutes to have one delivered. I enjoy doner kebabs but I get so annoyed when the meat is taken from a hot pot and not cut fresh, this wouldn't happen anywhere else. On one visit one of the guys was cutting some freshly cooked doner meat only to put it in the container behind the one they served my doner meat from. These containers dry the meat out and when it is finally served up it is like semi dry cardboard instead of fresh meat. I would eat here regularly if they didn't do that, at the moment it's 5 or 6 times a year.
