“Great Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2012

Went on Friday 20th April and had the 2 courses for 8.95. Pate to start and leg of lamb with mint gravy as the main. Lovely choice of menu and different options and the food itself is truly wonderful, tasty and great value for money.

Staff very friendly and great service in general.

Only downside was that it was very cold inside and made it uncomfortable to eat, the staff said the pilot light had gone out on the boiler and it was being relit, however the cold was just a little to much when trying to enjoy a meal.

“Excellent food - nice friendly staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 17, 2012 via mobile

My husband and I fancied a night off so arranged a baby sitter and booked a table at cafe symphony. To be really honest, didn't fancy this restaurant only because it's on a really busy main road and when I have walked past, looked really dark through the window. A few people had recommended it but my husband wasnt convinced. Turns out that the entrance is round to the rear off the main road and nicely presented. Nice cosy atmosphere, staff really nice and the menu was great, lots to choose from. I ordered the steak which was to die for, one of the best I have ever had. The toilets were the only thing that let the place down, they took me back to my school days, tiled floors, freezing and dated.

Would recommend this restaurant going to return for Sunday roast soon.

“Top quality, great value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2011 via mobile

We've been eating here regularly for over 10 years and the food and service have always been first rate. There is an early evening special that is fantastic value for money. Well worth a visit
