“Home away from home”

A truly wonderful house set within beautiful garden grounds. Our room was spacious and clean and Nigel and Nicole were genuinely warm and friendly hosts. A proper home away from home and very reasonably priced.

Our 2-night stay at Coppice Edge was extremely enjoyable. We had a warm and genuine welcome from Nicole, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Tea and cake on arrival. The bedroom was very comfortable and well equipped. Good night’s sleep, followed by a delicious breakfast! This was our second visit and we will definitely go back.

Room Tip: Double en-suite at the front of the house very nice

I stayed here for one night, while visiting the area from Australia, and I would definitely stay again. Nicole is a lovely host: most welcoming and accommodating. The best pot of tea I've had since I can remember was served upon arrival. The house is classic English 1930s double-fronted detached, with charming period features. It is set in a very peaceful lane with delightful views over the surrounding countryside. Highly recommended. Don't try and stay anywhere else if you're in Congleton.

We stayed over for 1 night as we were attending a wedding nearby. The owners were very welcoming and had even contacted a local taxi firm to arrange to take us to the wedding. The room and ensuite were clean and we had a great sleep as the bed was very comfortable. We had a delicious full English breakfast in the morning, having been asked the previous day when we would like it to be cooked for. We would highly recommend this B&B and would definitely stay here again.

My parents came over from South Africa during the months of August/September this year and I booked them in to Coppice Edge for some of their stay. Nicole went out of her way to make them feel at home and part of the family, making sure that their every need was catered for. I would definitely recommend this as a fantastic place to stay!

We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome and wonderful cake! The children were also made to feel at home. The rooms had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic. Would highly recommend Coppice Edge for families.

As my heading suggests, this is a fantastic place to stay! I would highly reccomend this B&B to anyone. The owners cannot do enough for you, the breakfasts are superb (the Coppice Edge home made marmalade is beautiful to the extent that it becomes addictive!) I stayed with Nicole and Nigel for a few weeks and i must say, my whole stay was made to feel almost 'home from home' it was that good. I was made to feel very welcome although i was working nights at the time and coming in at all sorts of ungodly hours! I have stayed in lots of accomodation over the last 20 years and As i say, after staying here, i would happily reccomend this accomodation to anyone!
