Portuguese Churrasqueira cuisine seems to mean steak house (Google it as it has several meanings) but the fish was excellent, as it is in the whole of the resort, no silly TV screens with the sound off and seems to be familly run and typically Poruguese. A good map for the resort is http://www.luzholiday.com/Portugal10.htm
There's a lot of good local restaurants for a small place, we didn't find a bad one, we also loved The Dolphin, South African but ever so popular and something different, O'Poco, fish of the day €12 which is a choice of whole fresh Golden Bream or Sea Bass washed down with a drinkable white wine at €6 a litre and A Concha was very good, we got stuck by the kitchen on a hot night but watching the staff working so efficiently and enjoying cooking, entertained us. Wish we were back.
