We stayed near this family runTaverna at Four Seasons Villas, and we ate at this Taverna on 4 or 5 occasions in the week we were there. A local Skiathos dish is Skordalia, a blend of breadcrumbs and garlic (I think), and we tried it everywhere we ate. Anatoli Taverna was easily the best at producing Skordalia.
The rest of the menu too was always well cooked and presented, and was fresh, especially the fish which was caught daily. We always cleared our plates even though the portions were generous and we were full up.
We're already planning our next holiday to Skiathos!!!
