“A very special and unique experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2012

Alfajiri was more than we could have asked for. The location was beautiful, the cliff villa was awesome, the service was exceptional and the food was to die for. Our butler Jefrey ensured that everything was perfect and always provided a service with a smile. The special touch to the experience was provided by the host Fabrizio who met us daily to discuss the daily menu and added surprises which we really enjoyed. Food was fresh and if you like mediterrean cuisine in Kenya, this is the place to be.

The villa was spotless and the views were exceptional. To sum it all up this is the place to be if you want to relax and be pampered. We will certainly be back.

Thanks to Fabrizio and his team

Coming from the Masai Mara by airplane, we had no idea that we would land so close from Diani beach (had in mind that we would land in Mombasa). Knowing this it makes the place very well located to enjoy most of the parks in Kenya. It is quite close from Tsavo and even closer from Shimba Hills where one can see the magnificent sable antelope!

Having said that, we have more than enjoyed our 4 nights stay in the beach villa. We have met a remarkable person: Geoffrey our butler! He really highly contributed to make our stay unforgettable by his kindness and attentions.

We also liked the villa quite much, it was a truly peaceful place with a real "indian ocean" touch.

We are not so big on beach but I must say you can really do a lot around Diani beach. I had some excellent snorkelling at low tide, 100 meters close to the villa, a lot of different fishes are hanging around in the some natural pools.

We are completely sure to come-back someday! Thanks for all!

It is difficult to describe what this is but whatever you would call it it's the best of class. We stayed at the Beachhouse in which we where looked after by Zuma your private butler. He is someone everybody would like to bring home.
The house is, your house, the service is outstanding and location top. During our stay the beach in front of the house is not the best, but close enough there is white sand.
This, of course expensive house is the best end of a great Safari.
We will be back with our children and grandchildren.

This being our 3rd trip to Kenya we had the oppurtunity to get a reservation at Alfijiri DianiBeach on the South coast. I find it difficult to relay the wonderful experience my wife and i had. We stayed at the Cliff Villa "Turret Suite". Food, accomadations, grounds staff, atmosphere were outstanding. Beyond the villa is a fabulous 18 hole golf course full of wildlife and challenges, pristine coastline with fine white sands and great watersport activities. Managed to learn kitesurfing and do some diving. We thoroughly recommend Alfijiri. We are returning in 2012!

We spent 4 days here at the end of our honeymoon (the first part of our trip was spent on safari). The service here was incredible and the setting is amazing. We stayed in the beach villa which was gorgeous. We had the entire villa to ourselves, which included a huge pool overlooking the beach. The food was amazing as well and the owner (Fabrizio) and our butler (Zuma) made our stay that much better. We hope to return one day!

This has been our third visit to Al Fajiri. Every time we think it can't be as good as the previous time... but it is!!
The setting and decor is stunning. Every morning our hosts Fabrizio and Marika would visit to make sure everything was good and also to decide on the menu and activities for the day. The food is to die for, activities could range from kite surfing to walks on deserted and stunning beaches.
I could go on and on, but can't recommend it more to anyone who wants an outstanding and elegant holiday.

It's rather difficult to describe Paradise. After all, none of us have ever been there. But if it promises to be even half as good as Alfajiri Villas, then it might be a good idea to live a saintly life from now on. This is the place of dreams. Where visionary design and art greets you around every corner. The location, overlooking and next to the Ocean is sublime and the mediterranean influenced cuisine is outstanding and beautifully presented. The wine list is both extensive and well chosen and if that's not enough, you're attended by staff who cater for your every whim with style and discretion. Tsuma, who looked after us during our stay, is probably one of the nicest people you could hope to meet. This can also be said of Marika, the owner, who always has time to ensure your day and meals are composed to perfection. We just spent 6 nights in the beach villa. We wish it had been 6 weeks.
