“Perfect quiet location but v close to tavernas and shops”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2013 via mobile

My 3 daughters 18,20 and 22 and I stayed v comfortably in a one bedroom apartment, loving the sea views, air con in both rooms, hotel pool good to chill end of day, beach on the door stop, water sports, bike hire, kayak hire, snorkelling, 20 min from airport €20 by taxi, all meals out excellent, some perks for group discounts for canoe hire or banana boats and the excellent boat trip to shipwreck bay and ex snorkelling in blue caves, we enjoyed the Tsilivi water park and much more to do!

The hotel is Ok. We stayed at one bedroom apartment in the 3rd floor with garden view. The kitchen is very basic, count only the fridge. No mesh at the balcony doors, so no chance to sleep at open door without mosquitoes biting.

Room Tip: Choose a sea view room.

Very nice and clean apartments, the sea view is amazing and worth the little bit extra, huge balcony overlooking the quaint harbour.

Amazing sunrise views.

Kitchen basic, but ate out most of the time.

Try Freddies Bar along the beach, excellent food and great hostess.

We have just returned from a wonderful 11 night stay at the Corali Beach. We stayed in the 2 bedroom penthouse apartment and could not have asked for more. The whole apartment was nicely furnished and very bright and spacious. It was a delight to wake in the morning and see the whole view of the bay from our balcony. We had a huge fridge/freezer, kettle, sandwich maker,2 hob plate and plenty of utensils. There was air conditioning in both bedrooms which was quiet and had various temperatures and there were plenty of plug sockets. Also the bathroom had a full size bath with a shower adapter. The rooms were cleaned and towels were changed everyday except one during our stay. There is a small pool with modern sunbeds with a nice bar area. The location was ideal for the beach as only a 2 minute walk and just a further 10 minute stroll into the town. Alex and his family were very friendly and helpful and we would not hesitate at recommending to anyone to stay here and are hoping to return again very soon.

We have spent 4 days in this lovely hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The studio was spacious and well furnished. The owners are great, the location is a stone away from the sea, but far enough from the noisy bars and taverns in Tsilivi. It is very convenient for trips round the island, 10 minutes ride from the beautiful main town of Zakynthos.

We stayed in the Corali Beach for 2 weeks in August 2012. Travelling with my husband and 2 sons aged 15 and 11 we decided to pay a little extra and opt for the 2 bedroom apartment, which turned out to be the penthouse. We selected this property due to it's location, only a few metres from one of the best beaches on Zante and at the quieter end of Tsilivi.

The apartment was basic but comfortable, it's downside being the 4 flights of stairs to climb but the view from the balcony was well worth it. We understood the apartment to have a fully equipped kitchen so were disappointed to find there was no cooker just a 2 ring plug-in hob and no oven at all. There was a kettle and toaster and a fabulous fridge/freezer but the lack of cooking facilities meant other than breakfast, we ended up eating out anyway.

There is plug-in internet on this level and you can access the wi-fi if you sit on the fourth stair!

Alex and his family are very friendly and accomodating. The pool is small but big enough and immaculately clean and a small selection of drinks and excellent coffee can be purchased from the pool bar.

It was a little further into the main drag of Tsilivi than I had imagined when I booked but still only a 10 minute walk really.

The sunrises from here are fabulous.

Will definitely look at returning here in the future.

So glad we picked the Corali Beach in Tsilivi stay at. Alex and his family are Greek and were very accomodating. It was only 15 minutes from the Airport.
The Sea View double room on the second floor that we had was perfect. Wonderful views of the whole bay and you can watch the beautiful sunrise. The small kitchenette with fridge was big enough for our needs and the air conditioning was quiet at night. Towels and sheets are changed regularly and room was kept clean. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and there are a host of tavernas to eat at. All very good especially the fish taverna right outside the Corali Beach and Boomerang and The Olde Vinery. We took a speedboat trip from the small marina here to see the blue Caves and shipwreck cove in the north of the island with Spiros (Levant Tours) which was brilliant. He also does another tour to see the turtles in LAGANAS in the south of the island. There are many supermarkets to get everything you need including currency within a few minutes walk. All in all a very relaxing holiday. CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!

Room Tip: Second floor sea view rooms have a large awning to keep the sun off the room
