“First Class”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2013

This 'hidden gem' of a restaurant is first class with service, friendliness, cleanliness, and food.
The staff are quick to serve and the food is on the table in no time on red hot plates. The breakfasts are real value for money and the coffiee's/teas are very good quality too. The value for money main meals are well worth a visit. A pleasant experience all round. Highly recommended.

“Pleasant discovery”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2013 via mobile

Called in here for a cup of tea on a Friday but was so impressed with the menu and prices that we stayed for something to eat. it was only eggs on toast and sausage sandwich both beautifully presented and tasted lovely. The £9.50 special for four courses was very popular. I would happily go here again and the waitress was helpful and pleasant.

“Great value Sunday lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

excellent value Sunday lunch, three courses for under £10 you can't go wrong here. The staff are great and the food is good too. There is a small car park but we always park in the Library car park a very short walk away.

“Excellent”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

Our family of eight had varying meals, the three course sunday lunch, cheese burger, chips egg. All were very well prepared and tasty. The three course dinner of soup with a bread roll and butter, followed by roast beef or lamb, we had both, boiled and roast potato, three veg and yorkshire pudding, followed by apple crumble and custard, one had cherry pie with ice cream and children had ice cream sundae. Everything was perfect. First eating place we have been to where no fault could be found. WANT A GOOD MEAL, GOOD PORTIONS. GOOD PRICE. CHEERFUL STAFF AND FOOD THAT TASTES AS IT SHOULD. THEN DON'T MISS OUT ON A VISIT TO THE ABERGELE GRILL. YOU WON'T FIND BETTER.

“Warm welcome on a cold day”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2013

We visited on Good Friday around 1.30pm , a few diners already seated.
Warm welcome, clean and tidy café/restaurant.

The menu was the usual fare of breakfasts, sandwiches/toasties, jacket potatoes and a selection of full meals. Seeing the meals go past to another table they looked good, as stated on the menu all freshly prepared.

We opted for scones with jam and cream, tea and coffee. Scones had been warmed and tasted fresh and already topped with jam and cream. Choice of hot or cold milk with coffee. Tea and coffee both good. Bill was £6.95

Prompt and friendly service. Would visit again when in this area.
