“Best Hotel I have stayed in in London”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2013

I have stayed in many hotels in London and this is the best I have experienced. We had a family room, and the room was actually a decent size. The bed was comfortable, the curtains kept out the light and the room was quiet. Very clean. Price is better than other hotels too. Location is good for West London: we visited Kew Gardens, Hammersmith (theatre), Richmond and also very convenient for Heathrow. Location may be a little far out if you plan to visit mainly Central London. Staff were professional and helpful.

i have stayed here a few times over the last couple of months and during all the stays, I've had the same great service.
the breakfast is plentiful and there are a few Pubs and restaurants nearby, if you fancy the trip outside.
Much less expensive than the other nearby hotels too- which is a bonus

A really friendly hotel, easily accessed via train. (30 mins to centre of London) Rooms very clean and spacious. Breakfast were very filling. Evening meals are what you would expect from this type of accommodation. Portions were large.

A Good Hotel with very good service. A quit spacy room with free WIFI connection. Good clean beds and bathroom.
Nearby the public footpath, thames path. Near the airport, Public transport frequently 3 buslines, in connection with the underground and overground.
Good food, very good breakfast, friendly service by the staff.
Overall a very pleasant stay

Staying overnight for a meeting locally and received a very warm and efficient welcome and great breakfast too. Plenty of parking which can sometimes be difficult with budget hotels. Rooms are spotless. Highly recommended

This is the second time this year I have stayed here (Chiswick Moran was full again). I am still sure the beds here are larger than a lot of other PI hotels - there really is a lot of space in the bed and the rooms.

This was a quick trip for me (check in at midnight, check out before eight), but I slept well. If you have a car then this is an easy hotel to reach, without a car you need to rely on buses or the train (Brentford station is less than 10 minutes walk away).

Recommended and would stay again, but hand and bath soap dispensers remain dodgy. PI need to look at a new design, or get their housekeepers to ensue they are full. I have given up and always pack my own shower gel now (but maybe that's their plan)!

Do note that the Heathrow flight path could cause disturbance to light sleepers (even though the rooms are well sound proofed).

Spent a night here after christmas shopping, and it was just perfect.
The staff were so friendly and attentive. They were giving customers
free champange and chocolates on the night we were there, which was
very welcome! The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and the breakfast
really fabulous; We will defninitely stay there again when in London. The staff are
a credit to the hotel.
