We got great groupon deal and this is truely the best kept secret in Ireland !! LOvely food and the staff are so nice and pleasant nothing to much trouble . The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast we have ever had and we travel a lot.We did not get the free cocktails but that was not a problem only gripe was there was no hot water in the shower in the morning we didnt complain as we had such an amazing time here. we will definetly be back with our family .The lady that served us dinner and breakfast was just brilliant well done to who ever owns or manages this hotel.

What a lovely small hotel! 16 rooms, recently refurbished, varnished wooden floors on the ground floor and lovely deep carpets upstairs. Two bar areas and an Italian style restaurant, Vecchia Roma, are part of the complex. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and my wife was not impressed with the seafood linguine. This was replaced very quickly with possibly the best pizza she ever had! The breakfast next morning was definitely the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! The room we had was on the second floor with a nice view of the lough and Omeath, very spacious, great bed and lovely ensuite with shower over bath.Room had a flat screen digital TV with only RTE channels. The hotel only reopened in March and all the staff are working hard to make it a success. I'd love to go back!

Room Tip: We stayed in 202, lovely big room. 206 is a family/disabled room. There's also a room on 1st flo...

Lovely hotel, well decorated, hospitable staff, really friendly and helpful. Rooms are great, ours had a beautiful view of Carlingford Lough. Breakfast was amazing, rosemary flavoured mushrooms were delicious. All in all a wonderful stay, we will be back......

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view.201 has a double aspect.

What a gem! Excellent hotel, right at the harbour with beautiful views over Carlingford Lough over to Omeath. We arrived on our anniversary, 23 Aug, 2013 on Groupon deal and having previously heard that the first Seastring Sessions festival( http://seastringsessions.com/) was on the same weekend, booked an extra night. Room was beautiful, large, bright, spotlessly clean overlooking the lough. The bed, large and so comfortable, and the wonderful blackout curtains meant we overslept next morning! Breakfast was delicious, see enclosed photo. I actually Facebooked it to my daughters to make them jealous! We were served by lovely Maeve and our barman Neill was great craic as well. Dinner both nights was also superb. My hubby really enjoyed the Roast Pork Belly and i loved the Seafood linguine. Could not fault this hotel, will definately be back. Ps, great fish and chips in the Genoa Cafe round the corner for lunch and Ye Olde Ship Inn for a good pint across the town square.

Booked a groupon voucher to Warrenpoint; Lough & Quay recently refurbished and quite modern; allocated lovely harbour facing room but unfortunately it was not made up from previous guest occupation; dinner was good after some issues i.e. Italian bread with starter was stale and chicken in the pasta dish was cold! All issues resolved quickly by staff; asked to sign for extras to be charged to room but this request was not followed through so just left for bed; breakfast was good smoked salmon and scrambled eggs were a treat even though they only brought one and we had to confirm the second order again; friendly interested staff willing to help but why make basic errors in first place; would definitely go back but guys more attention to what's going on

Room Tip: Room 201 has dual outlook over harbour
