Hotesl is basic and nice but owners are anti English.
We were booked into the hotel by the daughter who was very pleasant.
When we returned to the hotel after lunch the lady owner was rude and abrupt, telling us to use the other door even though the daughter had advised to use it only if the entrance via the bar was loocked.
My partner stayed in the bar for a drink which he paid the male owner for, when we next walked in the lady owner accused us of failing to pay the bar bill we asked her to check with her husband she did but from then on was really shirty with us and unhelpful.
They made it clear they hated the English and considered them all drunken hooligans and after the male owner physically attacked my partner ,who is over 50 and has to use a walking stick they threw us out and refused to give our money back.

are Herin Ivo owner with my brother Luigi's Hotel Bijou Valtournenche (Aosta Valley, Italy).
We wondered and surprised of what is written, reading well we soon realized that it doesn't talked of 'Bijou hotel Valtournenche because:
1. At the hotel we only work with employees and there is no lady
2. This summer we had no English customers
3. We love English customers also for the drinks at the bar and the restaurant
4. We never allowed to attack and offend customers because customers are always right.

siamo Herin Ivo e Luigi, titolari dell' Hotel Bijou di Valtournenche, Valle d'Aosta Italia, siamo rimasti sorpresi dal leggere la vostra recensione.
Pensiamo che ci sia stato un errore di albergo poiché:
1. in albergo lavoriamo noi due e dei collaboratori e nessuna signora.
2. quest'estate non abbiamo avuto clienti inglesi.
3. amiamo molto la clientela inglese, ottima anche per le consumazioni al bar e al ristorante.
4. non ci permetteremo mai di attacare i clienti poiché pensiamo che il cliente ha sempre ragione.
