Peace, quiet, beauty, and serenity at it's best.
The crystal clear blue water was warm, and inviting.

“serene...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

the tribes consider this place sacred, so no noise. no kayaking. not much to see under water, but the water is so calm. it is relaxing to swim and see the needle fish in the corner.
had to climb/hike to see the view of the entrance then climb down to get to the lake. tiring, but definitely worth it!

“Clearest freshwater lake”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 4, 2012

You've got to climb up and down some pretty means steps carved out of the rock, but this has got to be the clearest lake I have ever been to, clearer even than some swimming pools I've seen.

“Cleanest Lake”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 4, 2012

Awesome! This place was just awesome. It was very tranquil and made you feel like you can just float around the lake for hours. Which I think I did. Definitely a place to see while in Coron.
