“Gourmet all the way!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2013 via mobile

After initially popping in for Coffee how could I not be tempted by the hosts Debbie & Charles to sample to the lunch menu?
The fresh mushrooms in a creamy white sauce, garlic bread was out if his world.
A tough act to follow, but then came the homemade bacon burger, so fresh and tasty not to mention the home cooked chips!
A relaxing, tasty, pleasurable experience well done and good luck

“Putting Letymbou on the good food map”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2013

After spending a morning teasing wine at Tsangarides Winery, what could be better than to drive throughout the traditional village of Letymbou and make a stop off at the Vineyard Taverna for some genuine hospitality and delicious home cooked food.
The really is a great find, situated in a stone courtyard it's like something out of Mama Mia. There is also a chilled out lounge area if you want to be inside. Free Wifi which is great to be able to catch up with emails etc.
The food is all home cooked, proper home cooked chips (not frozen) I had the creamy garlic mushrooms & garlic bread. We all had the home made burgers, massive and so good. There is a varied snack menu as well as an evening one. service is welcoming and friendly. No one rushes you, explanation of everything on the menu including ingredients, now that is service. Excellent value. We are planning our next visit, really worth a try.

“Hidden gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2013

What a hidden gem this place is. The food was excellent and the service from Charles and Debbie (the owners) was even better. The only disappointment was that we didn't find it sooner.
We shall definitely be calling again on our next holiday to Paphos. They are a lovely couple and deserve to be successful with their new venture.

“A little gem in the heart of a traditional Cypriot village”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2013

This is a real find, hidden off the main tourist route. Debbie and Charles have only been open for a few weeks and are working so hard to make a success of their business, They are warm and welcoming and their staff are excellent. Charles in the kitchen produces home-made, freshly cooked food to a high standard and there's something on the menu for everyone. The atmosphere is good and the background music is a good selection of middle of the road and played at the right level. It's good to see many locals going into the Vineyard, although there are Cypriot coffee shops nearby. Check out the 'rogues' gallery' inside the tavern - wonderful local faces, which you can match to the actual owners sipping their coffee or beer. This is worth a drive out of Paphos to sample Cypriot village life.

“Lovely meal - delightful ambience - friendly caring staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 1, 2013

Such a pleasure to see what Debbie and Charles have done with what used to be called "Brooksie's" in Letymbou - the place is bright and welcoming with nice furniture. The menu is not extensive (yet) but what there is, is very nice indeed.

The food is cooked by Charles and you can see him and his staff working in the kitchen which we really like - nothing hidden!!..............and he comes out to check if all is ok and listens carefully to any and all feedback.

The homemade burgers are truly excellent and highly recommended.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were attentive without being overbearing.

Eight of us had an evening meal; we started with a mix of starters which were shared by all, and they could have been enough for the evening in themselves, but mains followed and no-one had any issues with their dish at all - dessert was on offer but only three people managed a piece of homemade KeyLime Pie, the rest of us were too full.

Including quite a few beers and carafe's of fairly decent village wine, the total bill came in at a few cents over €20 a head - pretty good value for money in our opinion.
