We visited Aegialos under a friend's suggestion, the place was a Little Bit hard to find, you have to follow the signs with the name of the restaurant carefully, but once there you will see it was Worth it! Elegant but cosy, on the sea shore, small (remember to book!) and with a candle-lit atmosphere.. We were a group of 3 friends and they gave us the boat table.. Amazing! The owner Antonis was very nice and helpful, not only in choosing the dishes and suggesting the freshest food, but also in giving us advice on where to go for bars or clubs.. We ordered the typical fava of Santorini, and they also brought us a tomato puree, the ingredients coming from the owner's orchard. We were shown all the fish that was fished on that day, and we chose a 1-kg-greek species, which they also cleaned and de-boned for us. The price was fair for the quality and in the end they offered us the typical vinsanto, the sweet wine from Santorini. An experience to repeat!
