If you happen to travel through Locarno, don't miss this restaurant. Tony and Pat run a five star "cuisine", a five star service, a five star wine list in a five star atmosphere. We were lucky enough to be there in the truffle season. The weather was great so we sat outside on a stone table near the fireplace where Tony grills the best meat which is so tasty that just thinking about it makes my mouth water. I had raw meet carpaccio style with white truffle. This was followed by cream parmantier and then by home made pasta also with white truffle. We ended the dinner with two eggs over easy accompanied by white truffle. My stomach was filled to capacity, however my mouth kept saying "don't stop....". Try the Barbera del Piemonte and don't miss the home made grappa. Thanks Tony! What a wonderful dinner.
