Average stay; hotel staff were friendly. We stayed two nights over a weekend. We had a lot of technical difficulties with our room key, but the staff were helpful. It is right on highway 2, but there wasn't a ton of traffic noise. One frustration was they allow dogs but will charge you extra if you get dog hair on the bed. There was also no "do not disturb" sign, which we aren't used to, so there was no choice about hotel staff coming into your room while you were there. When we stay only a couple nights we prefer to not have the rooms made up every day. We would probably stay there again, but not with the dogs. Nor would I recommend anyone with dogs stay there unless they didn't have anywhere else to stay.

Thank you for posting a review. Your comments are appreciated and help us to ensure a comfortable, quiet, and friendly hotel for all our visitors. We are a pet friendly hotel, and have had many guests with dogs stay with us. Upon check in, all guests with pets are given a form, outlining our pet policy. The policy states that no pet shall be allowed on the beds. Pet hair on the linens must be treated seperate from all other linens. They must be treated, washed, and dried separately, then they must be inspected for any left over pet hair. This process, is time consuming, and slows down housekeeping tremendously. Many guests have pet allergies and we must ensure that their stay is worry free as well. I'm sorry you and your pet were inconvenienced by our pet policy, but we must ensure the comfort of each and every guest. We hope to be of service to you in the future.
