“Fantastic Value for Money”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2011

We stayed for one night with our son & were really pleased with all aspects of our stay. The room & bathroom looked like they were newly decorated & were modern throughout. The beds & the pillows were extremely comfortable & we didn't hear any noise from outside. We were visiting Thorpe Park the next day which was very easy to get to & took about 15 mins. Put it this way I have never bothered doing a review for anything before but we were so impressed I felt I had to this time.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for two nights with friends last week while we visited Thorpe Park, which is only 20 minutes or so from this hotel.

On arrival the staff were friendly and they helped us check-in. Our rooms were very clean and it looked like they had recently been refurbished, but this could also mean that they are looked after well. The hotel was very quiet and we heard no noise from rooms nearby or outside. We used the restaurant for our evening meals and breakfast, the food was very nice and there was a good choice on the menu. The hotel is secure, as you need your room card to access the lifts and also the doors leading to each level.

Did not have any problems at all, if I was to pick any faults, it would be that staff mixed-up our drinks order on two seperate occassions, but they were very accommodating and rectified this immediately and the car park is a tight squeeze, but that is just me "nit picking".

We travelled back in April, had a very long day at Legoland and luckily had booked this hotel. Modern, clean, friendly staff members-what more can you ask for? Conveniently placed next to a smallish shopping area, inc. M&S Food Store and Boots. We also saw a coffee shop, Subway and KFC within walking distance. If we ever need to stop over again in and around Windsor, then this is a perfect choice.

Stayed here Thursday and Friday for Thorpe Parks Fright nights, booked a few weeks ago, great value for just £78, staff are fantastic very welcoming and helpful, stayed on 6th floor at end, no noise heard at all, room was spotless, bath/shower, tea/coffee/hair dryer/towels/extra pillows/air con/lcd tv in room, very secure with keycard needed for doors and lift have a restaurant (Thyme bar) for unlimited breakfast and evening meals but we didn't try as went out. Tescos, KFC and Subway right near hotel, free parking, will definitely stay again recommended.

Booked as a overnight stay between Thorpe Park days. Very clean, friendly and ideally located hotel. Very near large Tescos.
Room very tidy and spacious with clean and tidy bathroom. Very comfortable beds with tea / coffee facilities.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We stayed here for a trip to thorpe park (2 adults and 4 children), we really could not fault the premier inn or the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Free car park was a bonus, whole building was safe and secure with keycard entry to corridors and even the lift. Would definitely stay again, very impressed!!!

Don't be fooled by the exterior of this Premier Inn, it use to be an office block but has been recently converted to a Premier Inn with a very high standard of decor inside.
Having parked the car in the secure/free car park for the inn, we were greeted very warmly by Tania and the check in was brilliant, explaining all we needed to know with regards to the using the lifts with our room card, to the late entry door system, as we were coming back in late that night. Managed to eat in the Thyme bar downstairs without booking, where the staff were attentive.
The bedroom and ensuite were spotlessley clean ( and I am abit obsessive about this aspect!) with a great size room, flat screen TV, tea and coffee etc, decent hair dryer, towels, air con and extra pillows. When we returned later that night, the night porter/service was most helpful as well. Had a fantastic nights sleep, with no noise (on the second floor) very comfortable bed linen and bed. I particularly like the sign by the doorway to the corridor asking other guests to be considerate when retiring to their rooms as others may be sleeping.
The breakfast was fab, costa coffee on tap, fruit juices, great selection of items from cereals, croissants, muffins and cooked breakfast, all help yourself style.
The staff are a credit to the place, all very friendly and good local knowledge.
All in all, an excellent spot for travel to Hampton Court, Thorpe Park, Brooklands Musuem and Mercedes Benz World not too far away, think there is even a bus to Twickenham right on the road outside(?)
Will definatley be going back, as the deal we had was £29 for the room plus £16 for the breakfasts, making it fantastic value for money.
