“The best lunch in Kuujjuaq”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2014

Dropped by for lunch. Excellent frys and a good clubhouse sandwich. The sandwich had lots of tender chicken.

“Meals in Kuujjuaq”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 18, 2013

The Auberge is the only restaurant I know of in Kuujjuaq. The food was fine, nothing special but certainly adequate with a fair choice of offerings. The staff did an excellent job handling both large and small gatherings.

“Decent but expensive, customer satisfaction can vary from meal to meal!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 20, 2012

Well,

In Kuujjuaq, you have no choice, this is the only full service and licensed restaurant. Quality of food and service adequate but limited. The dining experience can vary from time to time.
The other two restaurants in town have more basic fast food menus and don't serve alcohol.
There is also a lounge which is popular with locals and visitors alike.

“Best restaurant..cause there is the only one”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 16, 2011

If you have no choice, it's OK but don't expect great food. I ate a spaghetti and even if it was OK, it seems to be can sauce. Nothing special. If you can cook at your hotel, buy food and do it yourself.
The prices are not so bad for the north. A spaghetti, a glass of house wine and a soup cost me around 20$
