Just went to this restaurant for the first time and was very pleased with everything from the service and food to the temperature in the restaurant. We started with appetizers of the spinach dip with goat cheese and some type of pork spring roll that was exceptionally good. For my entree, I ordered pork loin with some fabulous barbeque-like reduction with a side of fresh parsnips and carrots. Others at the table ordered the handmade manicotti while others tried the salmon with dill. Everyone was pleased with their selections. Our waitress was a doll with a nice smile, pleasant voice and she was attentive but not invasive in her manner. The restaurant was clean, nicely lighted (not too bright, not too dark) and quiet enough to have a conversation without even having to speak loudly. We did order a dessert to share amongst us which was a chocolate cake-like torte which was definitely something I would order again (and again). The chocolate was good quality and it was very rich. One or two bites were all I needed to satisfy my craving for a little something sweet at the end of a great meal.
