I chose this property due to the positive good reviews seen on the trip advisor, however I was disappointed by the hotel services & management.The below points are to be considered:
1. Not enough towels to cater all the rooms, everytime they replied their laundry has not come.
2. A very strange feature( they will clean the room in the guest's presence), may be some incidence has occurred in the past but for now they should have deployed some of their senior staff crew with the cleanliness staff to clean the guests room. It is very frustrating that the guests have to wait outside their room to get the room cleaned.
3. There were huge noises in the corridor & hotel lobby bcoz some of the children were playing, the hotel management should guide them instead of waiting for the other guests to make complain.
4. The breakfast menu was repetitive for 2 days, the hotel staff is under the impression that the guests will stay for 1 day only so they don't have to make any changes.
Conclusion: Earlier reviews could be misleading, the hotel management is not prepared to handle the large bookings though they have good contacts with the online booking partners.

I am very sorry to read your comments regarding inconvenience u had during your stay even though we always try to make sure to give most memorable stay for each of our precious guests (Our Hotel Shradha Saburi Palace) it is very much liked by all visitors ) but i am sorry that same could not be delivered to you,in your case after briefing with the management i would like to inform you that the laundry was delayed 5 minutes that day due to heavy showers which we are receiving in Shirdi continuously, Second the practice of not cleaning the room in the absence of the guest is followed by mostly all the hotels in Shirdi because while going to darshan of Sri Sai Baba all the guest leave there valuables like Wallet, Cell Phone, Gold Chain Etc .. due to huge crowd in the temple,We would like to inform you that we have a huge team of house keeping which cleans the room in minutes as soon as the guest arrives, We are sorry if you still feel that this practice is wrong.
We would surely improve the area which have been marked by you to ensure to increase the comfort for our guests
