We live about 2 miles away, and have been coming here on and off for over ten years for a beer and a meal.
It was taken over by new owners around 2 years ago and has improved considerably.
We have never stayed there overnight, but they have a lovely secluded camping area, set in a forest away from the main road. They also have separate bungalows to rent.
There is an outside sheltered restaurant, it is sheltered by large pine trees, as they grow through the floor of the patio.
They have a small but reasonable menu. A huge and basic salad is 4€, beer 2.50€ for half a litre, big plate of chips 2€, tasty hamburger 3€, a hot dog I think is 1.50€ I. Vodka 2.50€ for the large Spanish measures.
As it is away from the coast (about a 9 mile drive), it is a lot quieter and not party orientated unlike some campsites in Canos and El Palmar.
If you are not staying there, it is also possible to pay to use the large pool. It used to be 4€ per person.
