Excellent location from the station, outlet village, disneyland, local shpping mall (big) and resturants. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English especially since we couldnt speak French! The apartment that we stayed in was for a family of 5 and was very clean , spacious, child friendly and all the ammenties functioned correctly. We will definitely be going back in the Summer.

On the plus side: location, rooms, food - we only had breakfast, dining room staff, management, other extras eg borrowing adaptors, storing luggage, gave us free breakfast for inconveniences and tried to resolve any problems.

On the minus side: Poor staff on reception at night - took an hour to check in, and were sent to the wrong room several times, including 1 that was occupied! The same thing happened to the other half of our party also. Luggage was held, but room was unsecured.

Room Tip: One without anyone else occupying it!

Stayed here 2 times over the past 3 years, both times loved it! Convenient for those trips to Disney and the village. Also within good distance of Paris city, allowing you easy access through the RER services. Nice shopping centre and food places which cater to all.

The hotel is located one train stop away from Disney Paris. The rooms were well apportioned and fairly modern. Breakfast could use more variety, but the food was fresh and plentiful. I would recommend this hotel for large groups or families wanting to experience EuroDisney or Paris.

Room Tip: No swimming pool or room service was available, so eat out before you turn in for the night.

If driving to this hotel, do not put the street address in the GPS or expect to find the name of the hotel in the GPS, you need to ring the hotel and they will give you an all together different address to put into the GPS that will get you there. But even then, you will not find the hotel with the name 'Residhome Vale D Europe' on the building, you will find Residhome Prestige. Trap for tired and weary travelers trying to find their hotel late at night!

Parking at the hotel was easy and relatively cheap. You don't need your car once you get here, the train stop is right out side the door of the hotel, next to the Ibis hotel. The shopping at Val D Europe is plentiful if not on the higher side of prices (but this is Europe). Lots of eateries close by as well. An easy 10 minute walk.

The hotel room, we had a family room to sleep 6 and while it was not huge, it was big enough for us for three nights. Good heating and other amenities, two bathrooms but only one toilet. Sofa pull out bed not all the comfortable but it was adequate. Breakfast (10 for adults and 5 for children) was pretty good value with not a huge variety of choices but plenty to get you going for the day.

Great location for Disney, good alternative for families wanting a bit of space but not too far to travel home after a long day at the parks.

Front desk staff were very helpful.

We have just returned from a stay in this hotel. It is in an ideal location for disney. Very close to all the shops of Val d'Europe. Less than 5 mins away. It is just off the RER station, but we used to get the free shuttle bus service to Eurodisney just near Val d'Europe( no. 50- leading to Adagio and Hotel Elysee). The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very modern and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary things. They even left a newly packed set of sponge, kitchen cloth and washing liquid soap.
Only disadvantage I might find in this hotel is that during the night when you open the sofa beds in the living room, the rooms becomes a bit crammed but it is only for the night cause the beds open and close up very easily.
I would recommend to friends because it is very convenient to have a kitchenette with kids in order to be able to prepare some packed lunches and quick meals.

Ideal location for disney.
Good value.
Helpful English speaking reception staff.
But tricky to find but once you know where it is its in a safe area to walk around with kids.
Close to shops for food to stick your fridge.
