Had intended eating here of the monday evening as it had been reccommended to us but unfortunately they didnt open, but to our luck they did open on the tuesday and after eating the food we were even more disappointed that we hadnt got to eat there on the monday as well. It was quite when we dined here only another table of four, so service was good and attentive ( I always worry when they dont write your order down but it was spot on). Portion size was good especially the mussels marinere and the quality of mussels were really good, I had veg soup i think thats pretty stanard every where and plenty of bread too. Both mains where from the specials board, very fresh and cooked perfectly with loads of flavour oven roasted seabass with crushed baby potatoes on roasted tomatoes with pesto sauce and seared scallops with black pudding and bacon sauce with potatoe gratin absolutley mouth watering, I was so full from it I skipped dessert but I did taste my boyfriends banoffitini which was lovley and had a tasty drizzle of choc fudge sauce. Great value for money if ordering from set menu if ordering from specials slightly more expensive but def worth it for the freshness and quality of food you get!
