“Christina's - Would definately stay there again”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2010

We stayed at Christinas Sidari. The place is very clean and the owners are very helpful.
Most of the people staying there had been before (that speaks for it's self).
The meals there are as good if not better than most places in sidari.
The main road outside can be busy but the main concern is the speed at which some of the lunatics drive down it. There's no pavement so be on your guard.
The beach in Sidari (about 20 -25 minute stroll) is ok the sea was warm. Sun beds 3 Euros all day. If you book any trips don't expect to get what you thought you were getting, and you've no chance of your money back, you'll have to take another trip or comprimise.
Most restaurants charged about the same (6 to 7 Euros for a meal drinks 2 to 3.5 Mythos). Another place suffering from the Euro.
We did not manage to get to Albania but by all accounts it's worth a go.
On the whole had a good relaxing break, and would go back, but it's either going to go 1 of 2 ways, Cheap and Chavy or Rich only. Time will tell.

Please dont believe everything you read on here..as with any all inclusive the menu is a bit repetitive but u find that in 5 star hotels to..
The hill is a killer if u want to climb it but the view when u get to the top is worth it and there is no need to walk with a mini bus running from 8am to 12 midnight... maid does very little but she makes the bed changes the towels and the rooms are clean and tidy after all u only sleep in them.. better than some hotels i have been in..
my kids are very fussy and had chips mostly they do need to sort out a better kids choice but the food in general is good not a great deal of choice but what they do they do well.
plenty of sun beds so u never need to get up early to bag one... good choice of drinks and cocktails, ice cream served all day, bar food is a bit hit and miss but u have breakfast , lunch and dinner so u dont have to have them.
Restaurant manager and staff are great, bar staff are friendly enough, reception staff do there best but u dont see them much so that is not a problem..

just had 2 great weeks in sadari,
hotel was clean and staff very friendly, food was ok and you could always find something to eat the only problem was the restaurant which had no air conditioning and was like eating your food in a greenhouse in the middle summer.
if your thinking of booking a room try not not to get block 12 this is above yhe night club Camelot bar which dont close to the last person goes home sometimes 5, 6 in the
morning.
the entertainment or lack of it was poor,if you like reps that cant sing or act and are not funny this is the hotel for you

It's for sure 3, not 4 stars hotel. First of all you've to be lucky to get a renovated room with the view on the seaside. Secondly, even if you have nice room, your bathroom deserves only for 2 stars - the shower with a curtain which sticks to your body when you're taking a shower. The whorst thing is the terrible noise from 11pm till 4am from the discos situated in Sidari. You're forced to close balcony's door and use also noisy air condition
3. Food is really great! Variety of dishes and cuisine. But serve not in an open area but in a stuffy canteen.
4. The hotel is situated on the nice hill but you've to climb to your apartment or wait for a hotel's mini-bus.
5. Sidari is a good place for the trips to Logas (amazing beach and view from a hill, http://www.panorama1.f9.co.uk/) and Cape Drastis! To Logas you can go from Sidari by bike!

PS. IF YOU THINK ABOUT GOING TO THE ISLANDS PAXOS AND ANTIPAXOS DON"T USE THE TRAVEL AGENCY "S.B. TRAVEL IN PEROULADES". THEY CHEAT!!!

if you don't mind same food every day, dirty towels and no cleaning service.
It's a bad idea to go all inclusive because you can find better places to eat.
You need to be very fit to hike the hill to your room.

This is the second Greek island we've been to and we felt this was really good value, with a very honest write up in the Thomas Cook brochure we booked through.
In reference to the previous comments - yes, there is a steep hill, mentioned in the brochure, with a really really good minibus service that takes you the whole way - every 10 minutes or less if you need it - with friendly drivers who will carry your luggage and deliver it right to your door and inside if they can!
The hill is steep but its only a few yards even so, it isnt mount everest!! And the brochure says very clearly that it is ''built into the Sidari hills'' - you get what it says on the tin!!
Food - the buffet is excellent - Greek salads really delicious and there fresh every day. Lots of selection and as for no kids menu - we had no children with us although we have 3 between us all of whom I know would have had more than enough to eat.
Pool - it is not cold!!! The weather was very hot the whole time, and the pool was just perfect, in fact almost a little warm by 4pm!
The staff just can't do enough for you, their English is superb - a heck of a lot better than my Greek for sure - we had a very small issue with maintenance that was dealt with within minutes of us mentioning it.
Our towels were changed daily apart from Sunday, the room was lovely, as warm or cold as you wanted it as the air con was fab, the view from the balcony was fab and we weren't over the pool.
The entertainment staff are enthusiatstic and really you can enjoy this as much or as litte as you like - there is no cpectation or pressure.
Lovely people, lovely place, made for a really pleasant relaxing stay - loved it and we're very fussy!!!!!
