“Brunch for the Bunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 26, 2013

We and a few friends stopped in over March break for Brunch. The food was delicious as were the baked goods and take out dinners we left with. Even though the cafe was busy they brought us exactly what we ordered in a timely fashion. Nothing like a "blast" of their Kicking Horse coffee to get you going. This was not the first time we'd been at the TBC. We noticed that their specials and regular menu items are routinely updated. Our friends have "book marked" the TBC for their "gotta go to" place when in the area.

“Delicious Eggs Benny!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2013

Once again my family had a hearty, fresh cozy breakfast at the TBC. Staff were friendly and quick and the eggs benny were lemony, creamy and delish! Topped it off with a hot cup of Kicking Horse coffee while we connected to their WiFi and then we were ready to hit the slopes. We took home some of their homemade lemon tarts and butter tarts that melted in your mouth. Definitely one of our favourite spots to eat in Thornbury.

We're so happy that you enjoyed your breakfast and treats! We make our hollandaise from scratch and we believe it's the best around. The conditions are still great so be sure and come up for Easter weekend! We'll have even more goodies than usual this weekend :P

“Delicious pastries!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2013

So happy that we stopped in for some pastries during our ski trip to Blue Mountain. The cinnamon buns and sticky knots were truly delicious! Our only regret is that we discovered this wonderful bakery on our last day in the area, otherwise we would have driven into Thornbury every morning just to get their "still warm" pastries. We look forward to our next trip to the area so we can try more of their menu items. Love this bakery!
