We spent 5 nights here in a chalet room.....we were very happy......the room was clean & comfortable.......bed soft ( by the usual Thai standards)........ Plenty of room....bathroom also good, although I am to a fan of shower curtains......with a little touch up here & there these rooms could be fantastic.....the gardens & pools are stunning with the bottom pool having a fabulous ocean view.....breakfast was yummy with the best omelettes you will ever have......staff very friendly & helpful.....we will defiantly stay here again

The 2nd time to stay here. This time I upgrade to be sea front room which add only 100 baht/ night. The room is appointed me a lot with bigger room, bigger bahtroom, bigger view, near sea view pool. So amazing.

Room Tip: sea front room no 326 serves us the best view and almost private pools.

we stayed here march 2013 for 5 nights, we purchased 2 Ourdeal vouchers, i was a bit worried about the resort, i was pleasently surprised. villas were next to each other as requested. very clean, roomy, views amazing, staff friendly. Kia at the front desk very helpful with taxi ect. the 2 pools were lovely, only thing no pool side bars. golf buggys are great if need them, we walked up the hill most times but there if need. the spa there is amazing, massage highly reccommended. close to all other beaches, free shuttle bus to Chawang beach, or a short taxi ride to Lamui or Bu Putt.
would reccomend going back again.

Over all the experience was great. The resort is located right next to the main road, which means you have everything available close by, be it food, bikes, medicines, alcohol, you name it and you got it. Its also located right at the beach. Our cottage was the second from the beach with a decent size balcony, you could see the ocean from there and the beach itself is not too crowded. The main party/ night life area is also pretty near to the resort, so all you need to do is get a hike in a tuk tuk or hire a bike and you are good to go. The cost of the stay is not high either. Food is pretty decent too. I wouldn't mind staying there again!

I stayed at Baan Hin Sai Resort in September 2012 for 5 nights, I purchased an OurDeal Voucher and was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the resort they really looked after me and even upgraded my room at no extra cost. The views overlooking the water were amazing, our balcony was perfect with a bath tub and sun lounge deck chairs. The staff were wonderful and helpful, taking my bags and always offering the golf cart to drive me down to my room.. sometimes i would walk for the exercise. The bed was very comfortable, i loved the bathroom with the Thai feel and the wooden mirrors. The Buffet breakfast which was included in our package was very yummy, the staff would cook you eggs any style to order.

I loved the location, up on the hill on the cliff overlooking the water. It is still very close to the main shops area but yet away from it also enough for me to relax and enjoy the clip top pools. SO RELAXING, I really loved being here!

I highly recommend this resort, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to couples and family's its suitable for both. The free shuttle that runs daily down to the main shopping area is also very helpful.

a big thank you to all the staff for making me feel so welcome.

Room Tip: Sea Front Deluxe

Stayed here for 5 nights and loved it! My friend and I stayed in a one bedroom little villa and it was perfect! The aircon was a lifesaver! The pools are beautiful and cool so you can escape the humidity. The resort itself is located on a cliff side and the view is spectacular! The rooms are also up and down hills so I hope you like walking! The only downer about the place is that it's a bit out from Chaweng but the resort have a free shuttle everyday or you can hire a scooter! Staff are very friendly and very accommodating and the restaurant is quite lovely too! All in all I loved the Baan hin sai because it was away from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street, but it was a very coupley resort not so good for children and prams! ( we saw it and it looked like hard work!)

Just got back from spending 15 nights at Baan Hin Sai resort, we had a wonderful time, yes the slopes are steep but there is a buggy available to take you to the lobby at the top of the hill any time night or day and it usually arrives within minutes. Having read that some people have experienced staff being rude I have to say we totally disagree all the staff we came into contact with were friendly and polite and went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable especially Saw in the bottom restaurant. I think some people dont realise that a lot of the staff at this resort are not Thai but Burmese so they are therefore having to learn Thai and English, all in all a great hotel

Room Tip: Room 204 has a pool view and is situated at the top of the resort
