“A nice meal”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2013

Overall we had quite a nice experience here. The staff were very attentive and the food was well presented. They also had a good selection of international beer and wine for those sick of the old Singa. Unfortunately the steak was overdone when we ordered it rare, although the ratatouille it was served with was delicious. The food was also brought out all at once and my salmon was probably a little dry as a result, but still tasty. Has a nice setting, and probably worth checking out.

“Overall not bad! ”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 28, 2013

Food was good but portions small for the price, Singh beer was 2-4-1 but was charged 189baht instead of advertised 100baht, nice place to eat but not if you have had a busy day and needs good meal. My partner said it was the best spag Bol she has had in years

“Overlook it!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed November 26, 2013

Ate here on our last night in Samui and wished we hadn't. They draw you in by saying you get 30% off food bill but still add 10% service charge...which if I had a choice I would not have given them either. Starters were ok, calamari and thai spring rolls but mains were disgusting worst Pad Thai in Thailand and my Tom Yam was the same. Plus waited for 5min for a spoon to try to eat it. Pad Thai was uneatable. The plates were left under the grill/warmer for long as plates were steaming hot and food dry. When bill arrived I was charged for a gin without ordering it. Tried to tell them that it was not fair but they did not listen. Wiuld give them 1star but starters were ok. Will never return though.

“A nice relaxing spot in Chaweng”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 30, 2013

We were actually on the hunt for somewhere to eat when we noticed The Wine Oasis. Finding a decent glass of wine in Thailand isnt an easy job so we gave the Wine Oasis a try.

The Wine Oasis sits in very pleasant square literally a step off of Chaweng’s very busy main street. It is a sea of calm though and has a mixture of tables of bar style stools with glass covered wine barrels. The wine selection was pretty good and reasonably priced.

We were asked a number of times if we wanted food and each time said we were only in for a drink. Cant fault them for checking I suppose.

A nice and relaxing bar and a good place to rest sore feed if you have been pounding the shops in Chaweng.
