We found this restaurant at the extreme southern end of Chaweng, it's part of the Samui Paradise Hotel across the road. The food here is either Thai or Western and in many cases a mixture of both. We started with a mixed houre de vowers plate, which was huge and could have sufficed as a main. We followed this up with a Thai inspired seafood fettucini, which was again huge and was full of an abundance of fresh seafood including curried crab. Couldn't fit anything else in after that. The bar is formal and they have a very good range of wines, however we found 'R' to be the best cocktail mixer on the island. The price was bordering on embarrassing for such fine dining and the ambience and location only added to our experience. Special mention goes to Matthew, the head steward, hie goes out of his way to make your dining experience memorable and the service he provides is as good as any matre de I have experienced at top shelf international restaurants. In summary we have found a very special place to dine and can,t recommend more highly.
