“good fun”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2014

this was a good fun activity with our daughter and would suit all ages. The facilities are good and the staff make sure you know what you're doing so it's easy to enjoy your game. The trophy photo and souvenir at the end is a good touch too.

“Awesome place and friendly staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 7, 2014

We were here in February 2014. What a place!! It was a fantastic half day out. The course is well looked after and we loved the themes of each hole and the challenge it created with the trees or other obstacles. We highly recommend this place. The staff were super friendly and we were made to feel so welcome. We nominated to have our drink on the 11th hole, and it came with a face washer to help us refresh. My partner plays soccer back in Australia and he absolutely loved having a kick then bringing the ball onto the green with skill. Thank you for a great experience

“Get shoes!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2014

Football Golf was pretty fun, and some holes can be quite challenging. It is recommended to get shoes so you can apply enough power to the kicks. If you don't have shoes you will possibly hurt your feet just like I did, the foot was sore for the rest of the day and needed some cold gel to be applied. If you are bored to sunbathing it's a fun way to spend your day.

Thank you for the review. We are glad you had a nice game of football golf.

Some customers do prefer going barefoot as they’re on holiday but most prefer going with shoes or socks. Unfortunately our brochures show people playing the game with bare-feet on the old course as this was smaller and needed less powerful kicks so most people played that way comfortably. For our next print run we will advise to wear thin light shoes.

Playing in bare feet on the new course is actually fine if you have strong feet or use one of our newer softer balls but if you have sensitive skin or take one of the older balls then this can start to take its toll on the back nine of the course. In Finland where I’m sure it’s necessary for you to wear socks all year you would be a bit more vulnerable than if you’re Joe Donaldinho from Rio and you are used to going barefoot.

Playing in socks is another way which helps you keep a light touch on the green but adds some protection to your feet on the tee-off shots. Football golf is more about accuracy and precise passing on the green rather than power so sometimes having big heavy running shoes can lead to clumsy putting.

We do have light shoes and socks available for rent in the clubhouse but anyway you go, it’s a great game for the active and open-minded. Thank you again for the comment and for taking the time to advise future players. Your views are much appreciated.

“Had a really good time!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2014

Me and my partner are both footballers, so we had a little competition, good laugh and great fun! Definitely will go back again.
Warm welcome by all staff, course good set up , cute golf sheet, good idea that drinks served with a smile after 9 holes.
After the game, the driver drove us to fishermen's village and we had lunch there, such a perfect day!

“Great day out”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 15, 2014

Firstly people commenting about how it's too expensive are partly correct, it's 650 bahts per person, however that have neglected to mention how much staff look after you, upon arrival you get asked which soft drink you would like half way through your 'round' see drinks are are ready and waiting for you on the 11th hole where you can sit and relax in the shade with a nice cold towel to cool yourself down. The holes are fun and challenging. My girlfriend who has never kicked a ball before ( or so she says) had a great time. As did i. If you are stuck for things to do 100% visit this place. You are able to take a photograph with the 'world cup' and also given a key ring with your score on it, par 69 I got 63. So not too bad.
