Stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely suite with which I could find no fault. The style, as you might expect, is very Swiss and very 'woody' which equates to warm and welcoming.
The staff were helpful and spoke very good English.
We did not use the restaurant as we were being entertained, as a group, by a local watch manufacturer. However, the breakfast room was pleasant although breakfast was limited to a buffet selection. The cafe bar at the front of the hotel seemed popular and the local police were seen having coffee etc. there (a good sign I should think).
