“Nice break”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 22, 2013 via mobile

Good spacious complex, about 3 miles way from the harbour. You cannot walk to the harbour as its just too far away so taxi or bud is best. Good water park adjacent which is free for hotel guests. Food was good lots of choice. Breakfast was the better meal.drink service very slow. Pool bar excellent food service! Good size pool. Beach 100 yards away nice shallow water for kids! Beach water taxi to harbour for nights out located here.

Overall nice break I think it would be too much in high season, hotel Hawaii is the better choice for us personally!

This place is really good for a family and everyone. We normally go as a family and its amazing 10/10. Food is fab ...This place has a massive water park for all ages , certain heights for 1or 2 slides . The hosts are brilliant and outstanding , really nice and kind . Ibiza has a beautiful town , there are buses outside of hotel or you can walk down to the beach to get a boat and it is very refreshing . Really worth coming to this hotel , and I'm going back again for the 3rd time .

We stayed at this hotel in August 2012. The check in was excellent with the staff being very helpful and polite. Our room was on the quieter side of complex but with a fantastic sea view. The rooms were spacious and when we arrived the beds hadn't been made up for the children but within 10 minutes of the phone call to reception it was sorted. The restaurant was as you would expect from an all inclusive and always a good variety plus the carafes of drinks made the meal more enjoyable ! Great idea! The pool area was great however as with every family hotel in august the sun beds are reserved very early but it's not something to get stressed about and if we failed to get up early we went to the beach which was just outside. The complex it's is huge and the waterpark being free to staying guests it made a fantastic family holiday. The entertainment team were non stop and had incredible energy which the kids adored and entry were out to make your stay a memorable one. the beach outside was ok although big jelly fish wash up while we was there but you cannot control nor avoid nature so we was just very careful. We walked into San Antonio but the bus outside was frequent and in expensive. Cafe del mar or cafe mambo for the sunset a must as well as the sunset cruise booked through the reps. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning as we are now sirenis VIP club members!

Room Tip: Ask for sea view if possible at time of booking

I came here 15 years ago with my parents when I was young. I always remember it being a great hotel and so when my girlfriend and I came back to Ibiza we thought we would try it.
After staying in the middle of San Antonio or on Sunset strip we wanted somewhere where the hotel was a little further away so we could rest up with cocktails and nice food recharging the batteries for a night out at the super clubs!
The seaview is a perfect balance... its 7 euros in a taxi into the west end or a bus comes every 30 minutes which costs 2 euros and takes about 15 minutes. The bus is quite fun as the later bus is full of party people in great spirits!
The hotel itself has a ticket desk and you can get all your club tickets there before you go, saving you taking out lots of cash to buy at the bars.
The All Inclusive is great. lots of choice on the drinks and the service is friendly and quick. There are 2 big bars and the dinning hall is always easy to get seated. The food is good. A wide variety and nicely presented.
The animation team are good and what is nice is that they are not too pushy. The activities are mixed. The kids clubs take the children to different areas and so water polo or pool games are for the adults to have a laugh with. The reps are not to pushy and so you dont get a smiley rep bouncing around on your sun lounger when your nursing a hang over from hell.
The rooms are a little plain but a great size and very comfortable.
All the hotel staff are friendly and I remembered one or two from all those years ago.
All in all if your a young couple looking for a great hotel, great location and at a really cheap price this is the place to go. We just booked again for the closing parties this year!

Room Tip: You pay more for the rooms with a pool view. But its where the main stage is so its very noisey all...

Hi, overall the holiday was really enjoyable however the hotel is in dire need of modernisation..what AMAZED myself was that Thomas Cook have had THOUSANDS of people identifying the issue of outdated rooms, beds and decor and they not only continue to use this hotel but actually raise the prices..Come on Cook, lets be fair here, YOU NEED TO FORCE the issue with management and have these rooms modernised and bring it back to the heyday of the early 2000's

I could only book an appartment (seperate sleepingroom) with NO seaview. All the other rooms were already booked with Neckermann Belgium for July 2013. Does anyone know where this appartments are? I'm a bit afraid that they are at the noisy pool area and we have a bad sleeping 4 year old. If it is with view at the entrance, is it noisy there with busses or are they stopping further away from the enterance?

We stayed at the Seaview for 11 days in May 2012 on an All Inclusive basis. Our party of 6 included myslef and my Husband, our two children aged 3 & 6 and my parents. We had a wonderful family holiday, and have booked to return next year.

We stayed in neighbouring rooms which were cleaned on a daily basis, we had lovely pool views, there is plenty of wardrobe space, a decent sized bathroom, twin beds and sofa beds for the children. The kitchenette is hidden in a cupboard and is pretty basic, but we only used the fridge, which was clean and well fit for purpose. The decor was typically Spanish.

Overall the food was great, some nights were better than others in the restaurant, but there was always plenty to choose from, just personal choice really! My 6 year old LOVED the chocolate fountain on gala night. The snack bar was great with lots to choose from and my children were spoilt for choice...sandwiches, pizza, toasties, chips, hotdogs etc There were queues on occassion, but the staff worked very hard and it didn't really cause any problem. There was also a good choice of drinks available.

Th pool area and water park are fantastic! We couldn't get the kids (or my Dad and Husband) out of the water park, it really is just brilliant, although a point to note is that in May there were no sunbeds in the water park (this may have changed now). There is also a great kids play area in the water park.

The entertainment team were amazing...we still regularly perform Cartoon Heroes, with us all taking on roles of the team...hopefully they won't change the dance then we're all set for next year :) My two both used the kids clubs, which were good, and attended a couple of parties that you had to pay for...chocolate party in particular was a favourite, they returned covered in chocolate from head to toe!! The team work tirelessly through the day and really deserve a medal for all their hard work, they were a credit to Thomas Cook. The mini disco and flying fish were big favourites for my boys. My mum and I enjoyed the bingo and had a couple of wins during our stay which was great!

The hotel is clean, has a beautiful beach just a few minutes away, is within walking distance of the town and bars (which we did on a couple of occassions...round the back of Moby Dicks is great for kids), you can also catch the water taxi to San An from the beach, but we didn't try it.

Overall, for us this was the perfect family holiday, we had an absolutely wonderful time and can't wait to return. Our children ask almost everyday when we can return and spend hours looking through our holiday photos. Perfect for families with children!
