“C Y O'Connor heritage pipeline”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

What a great way to see engineering heritage and now history. The technical achievements to be seen along the trail look fine, but in casting one's mind back to human's need for horse and cart and steam train as the latest in technology at the time it was built, it makes on really admire the guts and determination of those whol built the pipeline and especially the visionary community leaders who recignised the ned, obtained funding and then built the pipe. What a wonderful experience to see the structure and the towns along the trail.

My wife and I spent a week travelling along the Pipeline with our caravan. The country atmosphere was refreshing and the history interesting with many information signs on the way. Recommended!
