Great hotel with many facilities in a beautiful location. Our suite was excellent, but air conditioning never dropped below 24.5.

Very professional and friendly reception staff. Food was good with enormous choice.

Big problem exists with parasols and everyone you spoke to complained about this as there are not nearly enough for a hotel of this size. Should you require one be prepared to get up at about 6 a.m. each morning. By 7 a.m. they will all have been taken and one will not become available until after 5 p.m. Before we knew this we had to spend a day on our balcony which had two sunbeds in order to be in the shade. You are not allowed to move a sunbed to shady areas under the trees.

Because of the foregoing we would definitely not return to this hotel.

hotel great in every way just one problem could not get sunbed undershade all sunbeds were taken by people putting towels on beds in early hours as early as one in the morning i was even sat on balcony at four one morning watching a steady flow of people putting towels on beds rule needs changing to any towels left on beds before nine oclock should be removed by hotel management apart from this fantastic hotel views fantastic would recomend this hotel to anyone

husband and i stayed here for a kid free break, no real complaints, just a couple of niggles. we would have liked a sea view room but none were allocated to our opperater. but this was not a major problem as how long do you spend in your room anyway. reception staff very polite and helpful. rooms modern and clean, did notice the finish of some of the referb. needed tending to but that was probably just us being critical. meals were fine a bit busy but always managed to find a nice table and waiting staff attentive without being over the top.food plenty of choice, we are fussey eaters but always found something nice. bar prices very good. entertainment very good, the entertainment team put on a cracking show one evening. tribute band to il divo were brill. always managed to find sunbeds even though hotel was busy.would we go again oh yes. already booked!!!

we stayed at the hotel for 4nts to attend a family wedding, i emailed that id like a room with a sea view and yes i got one, room 456 fab view over looking sea and los gigantas, Staff were good & very large selection of food at breakfast , only one prob... sunbeds... it was hard to get one , tryed 7.45am one morning & there wasnt any a/v.... But apart from that id recomend this hotel.
