We had an wonderful week at Hotel Village, from the moment Hendrick greeted us with drinks on our arrival to our last breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. The location is spectacular, the staff are fabulous and the whole experience was a perfect pleasure. We stayed in room 42, immaculate and comfortable, with free wi-fi, private sun terrace and amazing views, especially at sunset. If you're looking for a romantic break this is the place to go in Ibiza.

Perched up overlooking the Med on the west coast of Ibiza is this gem! Family owned and run, this hotel is all class surrounded in beauty. Rooms are bright and spacious and the views from most are spectacular. And as for the sunsets!!!! Has an all round good feeling and calm. And two fantastic floodlit tennis courts. The restaurant has a short menu of perfectly prepared plates. Recommended - and then some!

I'm so happy I decided to stay at the Hotel Village. This property is small, quaint, beautifully and minimally designed with no pretense whatsoever, which is usually a hard combination to find. The rooms are simply decorated, clean and very relaxing all in white with very comfortable beds.

The hotel is owned and operated by a lovely German family who make you feel more like you are guests in their own home than anything else. The buffet breakfast is terrific (their Croissants are better than in Paris!) and during the day the warm staff will bring you snacks and drinks by the pool for a very reasonable cost.

The hotel is out of the way from the main tourist destination (thank goodness) and close to some small, beautiful pristine beaches on the West side of the island.

A few things to note: upon arrival in Ibiza airport finding the hotel at first can be a bit tricky. Make sure you have a GPS or map provided by the hotel upon arrival. Second, there is no in-room internet (I'm hoping they invest in this as this is becoming more and more necessary) but only in the public areas. Also, when I was there they had problems transferring incoming calls to my room which I'm hoping was also a temporary problem!

Otherwise, this place is a gem that's reasonably priced and should really be kept a traveler's secret! Thank you Hendrick for a great stay.

The Village hotel is an oasis of relaxation in Ibiza in summer. The location is excellent - close to beaches and fairly close to some of the happening spots and Ibiza town. Important because Ibiza requires a lot of driving.

I very much liked the rooms we had (sea view) and all worked as promised. Be aware the hotel is built on several levels so there are stairs to climb. The pool is not large but very nice, the sea cove is a great added bonus and snorkeling there is quite good (though the swim platform is not maintained and you will likely need water shoes to get out of the sea).

Most important to us was the great service - it looks casual and seemingly effortless but they really work extremely hard to get it right. Every question/request was answered with a yes (e.g. can we have breakfast a bit late, can we take umbrella's/pool toys for the beach, can you make reservations at..., etc). And that is the mark of people that really care about their guest. Thumbs up to Hendrick, Victoria, and all other staff for their great work.

At the same time the place is very relaxed and intimate - with a nice vibe (good background music, nice design, simply furnished). There are two tennis courts (free rackets/balls) and free wifi. Breakfast is excellent - and dinner menu good (but with limited choice). The only ting I'd change is the signposting - the hotel is a bit difficult to find.

We traveled with 3 kids (7 to 12 yrs) and they very much welcomed, and loved it here.
