This hotel is fab! Definately a 5* in terms of the facilities, bedrooms, pools, food etc.
It is expensive to buy drinks at the bar and on room service but to be honest you can't really expect to go to a 5* resort and get shots of vodka for £1! don't get me wrong it's not ridiculous prices - probably akin to a nice bar in England really.
The restaurants down at the Marina are lovely - definately worth a visit are the Italian and the tapas bar next to the italian.
The only thing that i would say is that this isn't really a resort for kids - there weren't really any there when we went. also it's pretty quiet so they may be a bit bored. i woudl say it's best suited to couple, honeymooners, and people looking for complete relaxation. definately wortha visit...i'm going back in June!

I am hard to please when it comes to staying at a hotel but this rated as one of the best i have stayed in. I don't want to repeat all that has been said but the breakfast was really lovely staff were very helpful and i loved our room with extra large bathroom. My husband played golf a few days which the girl on receiption arranged and i stayed at the pool, spa looked great but we did not use it. Not busy at this time of year which suited us well we look forward to returning next year.

This hotel was lovely! We had a great time, the staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean and inviting and the beds were very comfortable. There were 3 pools which was great, very family friendly. The reception area was very modern and you could tell they had spent a lot of money on this hotel, looked very relaxing at night time with lots and lots of lit candles!! Sat in the evening next to the bar with a VERY LARGE baileys (shots over there aren't the same as here!) surrounded by candles lounging on very comfy sofas is my idea of a holiday chill out! Would recommend you purchase a spa pass for the week, we are a young couple and starting the day off in the gym working off the baileys from the night before then having a sauna/steam room/jacuzzi was ideal. We also had the sun!!!
The only thing I could possibly complain about would be the pool side bar which sells snacks and drinks, not a lot to chose from if you fancy lunch by the pool. Overall - you will thoroughly enjoy your time here. Guaranteed!!

We stayed here at the end of Jan for a long weekend. The hotel was excellent, great service, very clean, good location, good food and an amazing spa!

I think its best to visit lanzarote in the winter as its much quieter and still nice and sunny.

You must use the spa at this hotel and buy the pass to cover your whole stay - the hydro pool is amazing and do have a massage - the romantic massage for two was superb.
