The hotel is fantastic value for money. The hotel room is very big, comes with a large spacious balcony, a kitchen with a microwave, air conditioned and living area with sofa beds and dining table. Impressively large for being an all inclusive resort.

The food that they have on offer is wide and varied, there is a good selection, but can sometimes be limiting for vegetarians, dependant on the menu for certain nights. There is a salad bar, a stream of hot meals and dessert stands. The main restaurant opens three times a day for lunch, breakfast and dinner. Although the restaurant closes at 9.30pm food is available until 11.45pm in the snack bar. Drink is available 24 hours, the bars close at 12am but the self service bar then opens at that time at the back of the hotel, and drinks are available until 8am.

The pool opens 10am to 7pm and the solarium closes at 8pm. The pool bar seems to close at about 5pm, earlier than the pool closes which is a little frustrating. The pool is a really good size and has a kiddies section as well as a jacuzzi which was only on selected days.

I had read previous reviews and when i checked in I asked for them, but they refused to give me one, claiming that they were the spanish ones and that they were exactly the same as the ones that they had given us. Which is a complete lie, as the gold card gets you branded drinks, as well as choice of a larger selection of cocktails, rather than the limited choice of 4 if you dont have the gold card. Regardless of the cards, you can book a picnic 24 hours in advance to take with you, if you plan to go on any day trips.

Also if you have booked all inclusive for a minimum of 7 nights they offer you FREE trips to the theme park and waterpark all included in the price that you have already paid.

There are a total of eight other hotels that you can go to to use their facilities, but there were only 5 open. The free shuttle bus that takes you to the hotels only orperate 4 times a day, twice in the morning and two in the afternoon, last one leaving at 5,30pm. Advise you to get the first one early as they get full very quickly.

For the money that you pay, and what you recieve is brilliant. The main let down is the difference in the gold card and all inclusive, which i dont understand why they differentiate to pick and choose who they give them to. FRUSTRATION!!!

The cleaners are very friendly and the restaurant staff are always polite, overall it was a very pleasant experience.
