I have been here twice for weight loss and both times didn't disappoint. My first visit in march was educational and rewarding - it pretty much changed my lifestyle a I lost 12kg in 2 weeks. Since then I have lost another 18kg and am pretty much down to my ideal weight. The staff are excellent and knowledgeable and you can do anything you like when you stay there. It is not a boot camp. However the more you participate the more weight you will loose. A lot of people turned up for detox, weight loss or controlling their diabetes and obsidian have had great success achieving this with people. It's well worth a visit and, unlike other fitness places, you can choose your own dates to stay.
