“great pasta and pizza”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2013

but don't have the rose wine, vinegar! Staff not overly friendly, but the food is lovely and very inexpensive compared some other restaurants in Cannigione.

“Pizza in village”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2013

Pop in here for a pizza in the evening rather than stay in the hotel, large, traditional flat dough, served quickly and with lots of choice. Not necessarily the cheapest in village but good for a family meal.

“Affordable dining”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2013

We went here on our first night in Sardinia. We were tired and hungry and the food was good and hit the spot. My husband and l wanted to share a pasta dish as a starter and this was no problem to the staff. Quite a few restaurants would not be happy to do this and only charge for one portion but the staff here said it was not a problem to do so. We both had veal in a white wine sauce as a main course and this was perfectly acceptable - not fantastic but good. Unusually chips or salad were included in the price of the dish which made it much more reasonable than some of the other restaurants. We didn't have dessert but l had a coffee and my husband had a liqueur. It was chilly sitting outside and my husband was keen to leave as soon as we finished our meal but that is not a reflection on the restaurant. The service was good, efficient and friendly. We will go back later in our holiday to try the pizza.

“Perhaps avoid lunch”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2012 via mobile

We have mixed views about this place. We went only once, for lunch on a very wet and miserable day. Our daughter and her husband had been there a few days earlier and raved about it - superb pizzas and really good value. We found they don't do pizzas at lunchtime and the pasta we had was very indifferent as was the service and the atmosphere. So probably best go in the evening and have a pizza! It was always very busy in the evenings and seemed to have a much better atmosphere then.
