We spent a week in one of the two-storey villas situated amid verdant gardens high on a hill with a superlative view of Marigot Bay from the large, covered upstairs balcony. A great place to watch the yachts come and go in the bay whilst forgetting about the travails of everyday life. You will be joined by the very tame St Lucia finches who are quick to spot any food left lying around whether on the balcony or inside.

The villas are large, comfortable and well furnished with an excellent kitchen for preparing snacks. There is plenty of hanging space for clothes. The aircon worked well but only cools the bedroom downstairs. In our villa the shower did little more than dribble out until we complained and a new shower head was installed and hey presto! There were a couple of other niggles but they were quickly put right. In that respect, we could not have wished for better or more helpful service - always with a smile.

There is a small, private pool shared between the villas which is secluded and offers sunbathing space. Another nice feature is the funicular running from the bottom of the hill to the top and which takes you through the beautiful gardens and other accommodation dotted on the hillside. Walking up the hill is tough especially in the heat and humidity.

A great place to stay especially in the low season when prices are reasonable.

We are 50 yrs old and just spent our honeymoon at the Oasis Marigot. We booked the Villa St Lucia both levels to ourselves at a very affordable price due to off season. This Villa was awesome as we had a beautiful view of the bay with beautiful sailboats and the lush green trees/palms everywhere. We also overlooked our private pool which was beautiful and a wonderful addition to this villa. It was very hot and humid and loved having our own private pool - a wonderful perk to our honeymoon. The staff was excellent and answered all of our questions and even did bookings for us! We had some great food at all local restaurants including Juliettas, hurricane hole and fun at J J's and of course the restaurant on this side doo littles....the only one I would give a bad review due to overinflated prices - double everywhere else was the restaurant on the water directly across from oasis - just cant remember the name. It was very humid and would recommend the air conditioning in the bedrooms at least. This was a beautiful trip, romantic relaxing but still you can get some action at JJ"S or play some pool at doo littles if you choose . Check out the villa St Lucia if you like rustic and cozy! We loved it

We visited oasis marigot for a one week relaxation / get away from 'it' break after a hectic yet enjoyable break the previous week in trinidad, on our arrival our taxi driver was waiting patiently at the airport to drive us to our villa , he was extremely polite and helpful pointing out various places on our trip to oasis marigot, his brother then assisted us onto the boat taxi for our short yet pleasant trip across the bay, what a way to arrive :) once at our villa the staff explained everything we needed to know re shop and bank opening hours, trips available, taxi contacts etc. the villa was very modern, air con was a must, the views from our balconies were priceless - right over the bay/ marina to the left, although quiet as low season our holiday was extremely relaxed, and very enjoyable

Our stay in Oasis Marigot was superb. The accommodation up on the hill overlooking the bay was perfect, and well worth the excellent rate. Opening the balcony doors to let in the bay was something that never got boring, even when hiding from a tropical rain storm! The staff were excellent and highly accommodating, organising trips and going out of their way to make sure you have everything you need (a fan in our case!). If we ever come back, we're coming here.
