This has to be one of the last true Caribbean resaurants in the area. The dining area is open air and water front. My wife and I sat on the dock out in front and were able to order rum punch and sit as we watched a stunning sunset. We were not planning on staying for dinner, we had reservations at another place, but the smells comming from the kitchen were irresistable. We asked to be seated and, of course, ordered two more drinks. Oh, by the way they always have "Happy Hour" so if you order 2 drinks...you get 4 -- keep this in mind. I ordered the Mahi Mahi, which I think they call Dorado, or Dolphin fish down there. (I highly recommend it) --- very fresh and very delicious. My wife had The shrimp scampi (also very well done) but only after -- get this -- Sushi. They actually have an authintic Sushi bar. It is only run by one Chef, mind you, but this stuff was FRESH, well presented and delicious. We were there on a Wed. but I heard that they have a pretty good live music show on Tuesdays -- we just missed it. The food was great, the staff and locals were all really friendly and the service was good. If you are in Marigot Bay skip in and check it out. Try and catch it at sunset.
