After reading an excellent review of this restaurant we decided to try it out. Wish we hadn't.
Food was passable (chicken and rice) but not for western folks. Formica tables, menu written in Vietnamese with no English translation, no knives, just forks and spoons and chopsticks. Beer was not very cold and wait staff couldn't speak English and delivered a meal that we didn't order.
If you visit Buan Ma Thuot, eat in your hotel's restaurnt is our suggestion.
