Our room bore no resemblence to the room depicted in their website. Goodness knows when or where these photos were taken. The apartments seem to be popular with Greek tourists who only seem to stay for a night and move on. Other people come year after year and are very happy. Perhaps they are given a better apartment.
The sink unit was fronted by a sheet of hardboard which was broken.
The fridge was ancient and needed a good clean.
The tiles round the shower waste in the bathroom were broken.
The shower rail should have been connected to the ceiling by a chain - this was broken.
The toilet when flushed leaked making the bathroom floor wet all the time. I had to purchase paper towels and mop it daily.
The bed once was a slatted bed, these had been removed and replaced by planks of wood making it rock hard.
The pillows were unbelieveably lumpy.
The small veranda had two chairs, one of which was broken.
The part where the air conditioning unit was outside leaked on to the veranda making it impossible for us to sit there.
The sheets were not changed the whole week.
The towels were not changed the whole week.
Despite all this the family were lovely and friendly people who would leave you alone to do your own thing, they also didn't charge for air conditioning or using the internet. It's just a great pity the apartments were revolting.
All in all these apartments obviously haven't been updated in a very long time and unfortunately I would definitely not stay there again or recommend them.
