“Real 4 star hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 week ago

I have been recently in this hotel and this hotel deserve 4 star! A nice, small hotel with 4 floors, but it had everything what you need for a short and for a long stay: swimming pool, gym, massage room, sauna. My room way very clean and comfort. In front there is big parking place. Staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast is big and reach, with meat, with fruits, with all! One small minus is elevator which is very slow, so if you are on upper floor take a foot, you will be faster then elevator. WI-FI was pretty bad this days, but they said it is problem of provider, not them. Beach is next to hotel, so you do need to walk log to find you place where you will swimm in Adriatic sea. Hotel is just 8 km from very city of Split, so in non-rush hours you need no more then 15 minutes to reach city center. If you are looking nice and quite hotel I strongly recommend this hotel! It is a great value for your money.

Room Tip: Take room with sea side it is very nice!

This is the worst hotel i have ever been. It is a 4* hotel but it should have been a 2 * hotel. It is too old. The rooms are in terrible conditions. The staff is rude and the beach is bad too.i stayed there on august in a half board package. I have never seen a half board in which the menager decides you dishes. The food was terrible... One night it rained and all the water came inside. I waked up terrified and my room were the level of water was 3 cm. We went to the recrption but the only thing they said us were: i dont know what to say!!!! What a shame!!!! So if you want to throw your money away and if you want to ruin your holidays this hotel is te right place.

This is, unfortunately, just one wannabe 4-star hotel. All they sell are sun and great sea view. And it stops there. What this hotel miss is customer care. It is owned by local cowboy who decides when guests can and can not use parasol. His call. Most disappointing is their hotel manager, Mario Cveljo. He says he studied tourism, but I think he lost it. Totally unprofessional, rude, impolite, sarcastic. When they taught "how to treat a guest", he must overslept it. Then it should not sound like surprise saying that waiters are moody? Finally, at the beach, there are 10 parasols and 100 guests. If you are fast, you might get one, otherwise, you are doomed to fight for a palm tree shadow.
Conclusion- I will never ever visit this "hotel" again. Pay 170 euros for a night and get treated as #$%#? No, thanks.

Clean & comfy. The only downside is the distance from Split. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel facilities were nice. It's a great value for your money, and if you are traveling with a car, I highly recommend it.

This hotel is... well the site won't let me use profanity...

I'm actually staying there as I am writing this. I am staying in the same street side annex another user wrote about, and let me tell you, they were kind.
At 4* you would expect to have everything but the kitchen sink, except here you actually get the sink, in the bedroom, as there is no room for it in the 60 cm wide bathroom.

The room is average towards small, maybe worthy of 3*, barely.

The entrance to the annex is something of an adventure, as you have to slalom between cars, jump over them or slide on the hoods. The elevator and the hallway are..., well let's just say not for the claustrophobic...

Overall, I'm going to visit other hotels tonight and in the morning, I'm clearly not staying.

The hotel was good value for money and relatively small if that is what you are looking for which we were. It was clean throughout and reasonably well equipped and things like a request for extra pillows was attended to very promptly . Not being large it still retained a family style atmosphere which appealed to us. The restaurant although not extensive in its menu did provide adequate selection alternatives as did the breakfast buffet, both being served in the pleasant out door location adjacent to the beach with the contingency indoor part in the event of very occasional inclement weather. The staff were excellent in being both very friendly and quietly efficient and the desk staff in particular were very supportive and helpful and, one male worker particularly so when I was taken ill (nothing whatsoever related to the hotel or restaurant) and needed to attend the local hospital for some treatment. Because of the service provided by the rest of the staff we have scored the Service as excellent and not downgraded it even though one of the evening restaurant staff we felt did not get matters quite right in his attempts to be funny on a few occasions. The location itself was quiet which suited us and probably also those only staying a few nights and moving on in their holiday. The slight downside was there were not any very close alternatives to the hotels own restaurant, so a taxi ride into Split is needed if you fancy a change. The beach, including the view, was pleasant but if you plan on bathing in the sea plastic or rubber shoes are a good extra to have with you due the shale/stones. I may be picky and it maybe my age but cushions for the plastic beach beds even at a small charge, maybe a useful welcome addition. Also, be careful on the stone steps down into the water, these can become very slippery during the day and we saw two people have quite nasty falls. If you like a mixture of sun and shade on the beach, be aware that the beachside umbrellas are closed if the wind gets up (which it frequently does) leaving the chairs in full sun, which is very, very hot. Finally, the hotel check out time is 11.00am but this was extended to 4.00pm when we requested a late check out (at no extra cost) which was great bonus.

I had a great pleasure of staying in the hotel for a couple of nights. Deluxe room on the 3rd floor had a very poor wi-fi, but who would use the internet, when you have an outstanding view from your balcony (I highly recommend getting a seaview room)?
I parked my car the first day and didn't move it until the check-out - there was simply no need to. Spending whole day at the beach drinking prossecco and reading books. Special thanks to the guy taking care of guests at the beach - the glass was always full ;).
The hotel has amazing staff at the front desk as well.
Beds are great, a jacuzzi bathtub is awesome too.
If you need an additional relaxation, go to the top floor and visit the sauna (pre-heat it 1h before you go) or get a massage.
This is a true value for money in my opinion for this part of Croatia.

Room Tip: Rooms at top floors have a poor Wi-Fi, but a great view.
