“COMFORTABLE & CLEAN”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 2, 2014

The room was clean & comfortable. Staff friendly. Breakfast can be improved. The ''mee goreng'' is tasty. But serving a ''sirap'' is not suitable for breakfast. Maybe you can changed to 'Orange Juice'' or Milk. The hotel is a good budget hotel. But is quite far from the town i guess.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was clean & modern. Besides the free bottled drinking water, drinking water was also available from a water filter placed near elevator.
The hotel has ample parking space and hence, it is suitable for those who drive. The hotel is near a supermarket and some restaurants.

Got work in Gurun. Stayed for 2 days in different rooms. Nice location. 1st room-good for a boutique hotel. 2nd room-got unpleasent odour coming from the toilet. Breakfast- so-so. Overall- worth the money

Stayed in this hotel for one night. I and my wife were given a room in the 2nd floor. When we went in we found that the room was dusty, proabably after renovations, and there was alot sand on the floor. The bathroom was clean but somebody had used the toilet and never flushed it. There was also one guest cockroach in the bathroom. The worst part was when we wanted to take a bath, there was no soap in the soap dispenser, called up reception but the soap never came! As i had some important appointment i was not able to lodge a complaint earlier but managed to on checkout. Late evening i used a floor towel to clean the wooden floor and the cement floor. The towel turned from brown to black, which showed that the room was not cleaned from the beginning. One cant expect 5 star facilities in a budget hotel, but atleast basic essentials must be addressed.Having stayed in this hotel on three occasions, this trip was a real letdown. Although front office aplogised and said this room is renovated room that is why there was sand in the floor, is not acceptable. New rooms should be more well maintained than the rest. There seems to be communciation breakdown between front office and the house keeping on this matters. I hope my next trip in feb. 2014 will be better. I chose this hotel because of the proxmity to goverment hospital and the highway.I hope the management will look into the matters raised as VMY is 2 weeks away from now. Hopefully tripadviser will send my comments to the hotel concerned. Comments are made in good faith to improve sevices in hospitality.

Room Tip: Choose a room facing the hospital, at least you can keep an eye on your parked car.Rooms on the righ...

The room was very nice...nice bathroom and the quality of the bed more than I expected...the amenities include kettle, LCD TV, hot shower...call services...the location is also not bad..u may have a nice sleep..not too noisy...but the bad site I found was the breakfast..My friend and I went for the breakfast at around 9.45am which 45mins before the end of breakfast time..When we arrived at the cafe, I found 1 of 2 tray of food finished already..and it was not refilled back..so we just have 1 option which was fried noodle and some breads with jam..but u may asked the person to prepare omelette or scramble egg...after all, it is ok for what we paid for... =D

Room Tip: Rooms that facing to the other site of the entrance is preferable..quiet and nice to have a good sle...

Stayed for 1 night. Good location if you drive because the hotel location is a bit deep inside in front of Pantai Hospital. Breakfast was so-so. My room was very spacious and nice interior. Definitely great comparing to the price that I paid. Will definitely comeback again..
